Join us in the AP Lounge for the LEAP Showcase, where members of the LEAP Class of 2026 present the capstone projects they have developed throughout the program year. This interactive session highlights the leadership growth, innovation, and real-world impact cultivated through the Leadership and Education for Allied Professionals (LEAP) program. Attendees will hear brief presentations from participants as they share their project goals, implementation strategies, lessons learned, and measurable outcomes.

By addressing key challenges and opportunities, the sessions equip participants to elevate their practice, advance their careers, and make a lasting impact in the EP field. Space at each table is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested participants are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to session start time to ensure their seat at a table.

Attendees are encouraged to dress in business casual attire and wear comfortable shoes. Convention centers can be cool, so bringing a sweater or light jacket is recommended.

New in 2026, attendees who book their hotel through the official HRS2026 room block will receive complimentary shuttle access to and from the McCormick Place Convention Center. 

Shuttle service will be available to registered attendees throughout the meeting (Thursday, April 23 - Sunday, April 26): 

• To the convention center: No pass required; simply board at your hotel 
• Return trip to your hotel: Shuttle pass required for boarding 
• Walking distance hotels: No shuttle service (noted in hotel listings)
