Health & Safety
The health and safety of attendees, exhibitors, and staff is a top priority. The Society is working with the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center to ensure adherence to all local, state, and CDC regulations and guidance. Additionally, the venue has upgraded the Building Management System by replacing all air filters, allowing for a 25% increase in air filtration and improved air quality. Hotels selected by HRS have implemented new cleaning and sanitation standards along with various new policies to limit physical interaction with staff and other guests.
