Shuttle Service: Thursday – Sunday
Shuttle service is available to attendees traveling between official HRS2026 hotels and McCormick Place throughout the meeting.
How It Works
- To the convention center: No pass required — simply board the shuttle at your hotel
- Return trip to your hotel: Shuttle pass required for boarding
Your shuttle pass is indicated by the bus icon on your name badge. Please be prepared to show your badge when boarding return shuttles.
Note: Hotels within walking distance do not include shuttle service (see hotel listings).
Who Has Access
- Attendees booked through the HRS2026 Room Block: Complimentary
- Attendees not booked within the room block: Available for $75/person
