Advance Registration
HRS is pleased to offer onsite childcare during Heart Rhythm 2023 through Kiddie Corp for children ages six months through 12 years.
Advance registration is not required but recommended, as availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Onsite registrations are welcome; however, availability is not guaranteed.
The advance registration deadline is April 20, 2023.
KiddieCorp
HRS is pleased to offer onsite childcare for children ages six months to 12 years during Heart Rhythm 2023 through KiddieCorp, a premier childcare provider with 37 years of experience and a long-time partnership with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Onsite childcare will be conveniently located inside the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO), allowing parents to check on their child(ren) throughout the day as needed.
Activities
Activities include exciting themes, arts and crafts, group games, music and movement, board games, story time, dramatic play, and more. KiddieCorp provides activities appropriate for each age group, using safe and sturdy equipment. Children can make their own choices within KiddieCorp's program.
Snacks, water, and meals will be provided each day. A menu will be available in April.
Please note: Medication (including sunscreen) will NOT be administered by KiddieCorp management or staff.
Commitment to Quality Care
HRS and KiddieCorp aim to provide your children with a comfortable, safe, and happy experience. KiddieCorp staff-to-child ratios are high to ensure that every child feels special:
- 1:2 for children ages six months through 11 months old
- 1:3 for children ages 1 through 2 years old
- 1:5 for children ages 3 through 5 years old
- 1:7 for children ages 6 through 12 years old
KiddieCorp team members are selected according to their integrity, experience, education, and enthusiasm. They must be excellent with kids! In addition to a selective and competitive hiring process, KiddieCorp remains at the top of the industry by carrying ample liability insurance.
Registration
The cost for onsite childcare is $10.00 per hour per child. Children must be registered for a minimum of two consecutive hours per child for each day registered.
