Details
Heart Rhythm Bowl 2026 is a fast‑paced, high‑energy competition that puts your EP knowledge to the test. Challenge yourself, and see how well you stack up on your favorite electrophysiology topics as you compete for the win.
FIT and AP Bowls will take place concurrently on Friday, April 24, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Then, join the celebratory reception afterward — awards, light refreshments, and drinks to toast the champions.
Who Can Play
- Allied Professional Bowl: Open to all Allied Professional attendees. We encourage cross-functional teams as the trivia will cover a broad range of subjects from Pharmacology to Remote Monitoring to Genetics and the EP Lab.
- Fellow‑in‑Training Bowl: Designed for trainees. Questions will be geared toward Electrophysiology Fellows, but all trainees are welcome to participate. Program Directors and Mentors are welcome to sit with your programs/teams, but we ask that you refrain from playing.
- Spectators: Anyone can attend and watch the action unfold.
How to Play

- Each participant plays on their own device.
- Speed matters – faster responses earn higher scores.
- Every team member’s score contributes to the team’s average each round (non‑answers count as zero).
- Point values increase as questions become more challenging.

The AP Bowl question categories are: AF Management, CIEDs, EKGs, EP Lab, Genetics, Heart Failure, Lifestyle Modifications, Notable AP/EP History, Pharmacology, and Remote Monitoring.
The FIT Bowl question categories are: Catheter Ablation, CIEDs, Clinical EP, EGMs, Genetics, History of EP, and Surface EKG

Teams will compete for The Heart Rhythm Bowl Trophy, a traveling trophy engraved with the champion's team name, Champion Jackets and major bragging rights.
