The Heart Rhythm 2025 Program Committee will begin reviewing all types of session proposals beginning in June 2024. Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis. In an effort to build a program with the most up-to-date and relevant education, the Program Committee will build Heart Rhythm 2025 in two waves:

Wave Session Building Session Proposals Faculty Invitations
Wave 1 June 2024 - early August 2024 August 2, 2024 Early September 2024
Wave 2 August 2024 - early December 2024 December 6, 2024 Mid December 2024

If your session proposal is accepted, you will be notified via email.

Session proposals received after December 6th may be considered for a few additional program slots. Those not adopted into full sessions during any wave of programming will be shared with the Digital Education Committee to be considered for use as digital education content by HRS.

The Program Committee will review and consider all session proposals before sending official faculty invitations beginning in the fall of 2024. Session proposals will be competitively reviewed based on attendees' overall medical and educational interests. The Program Committee will select Faculty to accurately reflect all aspects of the global EP community based on expertise, involvement in the global EP community, and a shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Session proposals not selected for the annual Heart Rhythm meeting will be kept on file and considered for other HRS educational programs held throughout the year.
