The Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) has secured discounted rates from $209-443/night at 24 select hotels within a one-mile radius of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Book your reservations via the portal provided by CMR (Convention Management Resources, HRS’s new housing vendor), to gain access to the lowest rates and reservation protections. You’ll also continue to be eligible for any loyalty point upgrades and stay earnings provided by your personal hotel program status.

Reservations must be booked by April 28 to receive guaranteed rates, based on availability. HRS’s contracts allow you to cancel reservations without penalty 72-hours prior to arrival date.

Bringing a group from outside the U.S.? HRS's International Group Housing vendor is available to assist you in creating package stays which can include breakfast, porterage, and gratuities along with sleeping room reservations.

Shuttle Services
Shuttle service will be provided Friday through Sunday between the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (MCCNO).

CMR is the only official housing company contracted by HRS for Heart Rhythm 2023. Please note that CMR will not CALL you to solicit hotel reservations or credit card information unless you initiate the contact.
Hotels contracted by HRS and booked via CMR will not require pre-payment prior to arrival. Anyone calling or emailing to offer to assist you with your hotel reservation is likely initiating a "Phishing" scam.
